When he was live on Radio One, this 28/8/2024, the Director General of the National Examination and School Inspection Authority (National Examination and School Inspection Authority). Dr. Bahati Bernard responded to some of the issues that have caused tension among parents where many of those who have children studying in private schools say that their children have been sent to study in distant schools, while others are pointing out that children who failed in the political course were sent to continue their education at a higher level.

One example shows a mistake made

All this, Dr. Bahati admitted that it is possible that it happened because of the system where they send children to schools because the first thing they do is that children are placed in schools from the children who go to school, where many are placed in schools close to those who live in regions and sectors.

He said, "That's why today the education officials in all regions of Rwanda, our NESA employees have a special meeting where we are going to correct all the mistakes that have been found, certainly what they say is understandable, please bear with us and those who have special problems come to us at NESA and we will help them".
