A man from the United States has been accused of killing his wife because he could not afford to pay for her hospital.

Ronnie Wiggs is accused of killing his wife in hospital after failing to pay for his wife's treatment. According to The Mirror, Ronnie allegedly left his wife with his mouth covered until she was breathing.

 

However, after being questioned by police, the man admitted that he committed a crime but claimed to have killed his wife because he could no longer care for his wife including medical expenses.

Ronnie Wiggs's wife had been suffering from an unknown illness for a long time and it was not the first time she had been discharged from the hospital in order to maintain her health.
