Fred Barafinda, a funny contestant, who ran for presidential election in 2017, has again submitted his candidacy to the National Electoral Commission for his candidacy in the July 2024 elections.
When he finished his candidacy, Barafinda expressed his gratitude to the media that he had taken the step and that his credentials were approved by the National Electoral Commission. He said: " It's not surprising that I've been welcomed by the President of the National Electoral Commission."
Fred Barafinda, who expressed his
willingness to share politics with Rwandans, became aware when he began
appearing to the National Electoral Commission (NEC) in 2017 to run for president
of Rwanda, and his candidacy was postponed due becaming famous on social media
when he shared his comments with people from young to old. Mr. Barafinda said
that this year's journey to finding his decisions was different from that of
2017 because Rwandans have a different understanding of politics. The also
noted that there are 2,000 reasons for the development of Africa in the event
of its election and 20,000 reasons around the world.
